GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF USE AND ONLINE PURCHASE

 

Given that Vitta Belle markets products online and the Customer's interest in acquiring the products offered through its sales channels, this contract aims to establish the general terms and conditions for the use and purchase of products by the Customer on the vittabelle website.

 


 

I – CONFIDENTIALITY

The store is responsible for preserving the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process.

The website's security is periodically audited and protected against unauthorized access, adopting good information security practices.

 


 

II – CUSTOMER SERVICE

This service is available to the Customer to clarify doubts, resolve requests, or complaints related to their order or any content available on the website.

III – DELIVERY POLICY

The delivery time for products is informed during the purchase process and is counted in business days.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. Exceptionally, some deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, depending on logistical availability.

Deliveries under the Cash on Delivery (COD) modality are made through a specialized logistics partner and may vary depending on the served region.

 


 

III.I – Product Verification

Verification of the product's dimensions and conditions is the Customer's responsibility. The Customer must check upon delivery and, in case of discrepancy, immediately contact customer service.

 


 

III.II – Delivery Attempts

Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the indicated address, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between them.

It is essential that, at the indicated address, there is a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years of age and with identification, to receive the order and make the payment upon delivery, where applicable.

After three failed attempts or an unjustified refusal to receive the order, it may be returned to the distribution center.

 


 

III.III – Order Modifications

Once the order is finalized, it is not possible to change the delivery address or request special priority, especially for orders placed under the cash on delivery modality.

 


 

III.IV – Deadlines and Updates

The informed delivery time takes into account stock, region, product preparation, and logistics.

With each update of the order status, the system may send automatic communications to the Customer.

 


 

III.V – Shipping

Shipping may be free in served regions, as informed at the time of purchase.

 


 

III.VI – Carrier Limitations

The store does not authorize the carrier to:

Enter the Customer's home.

Perform product installation or maintenance.

Open the product packaging.

Deliver the order to an address other than the one indicated in the order.

Deliver to minors or individuals without identification.


III.VII – Retention by Tax Authorities

The store is not responsible for the retention of goods by tax authorities when this is due to incidents exclusive to the Customer, who is responsible for managing regularization with the competent body.


IV – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer may exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase, with product return, under the following conditions:

Within 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the receipt of the order.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documents sent.

 


 

IV.I – Return Request

The Customer must request the return through customer service, by sending an email to contactovittabellee@gmail.com.

 


 

IV.II – Return Analysis

After receiving the product, compliance with the conditions will be verified. If favorable, the refund will be processed according to the payment method used.

 


 

IV.III – Refund for Cash on Delivery Purchases

For orders placed under the Cash on Delivery modality, the refund will be managed directly with the Customer after the product's return, respecting the deadlines and procedures informed by customer service.
