Return and Refund Policy

HOW TO REQUEST REFUNDS FOR DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

 

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, in cases of manufacturing defects, malfunctions, damaged products, or missing items, the customer has the right to request a refund of the amount paid within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order at their home.

To start the process, send an email to contactovittabellee@gmail.com indicating:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Detailed description of the defect

  • Photographs or videos that prove the problem

Our team will analyze the case and, once approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase made in our online store (vittabelle), without additional costs for the customer.

 


 

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS

 

For returns due to voluntary withdrawal or dissatisfaction, the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

In the case of defective products or damage caused during transport, the return costs will be borne by Vitta Belle.

After sending the email, the customer will receive an authorization code and a return label or guide via email to send the product through our logistics operator.

The product must be sent in its original packaging, including labels, accessories, and all elements that were part of the original order.

Packaging costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend reusing the original packaging if it is in good condition or using a suitable box that guarantees the protection of the product during transport.
